Kathmandu:A boat accident in Greece has resulted in the death of 79 individuals. The boat carrying migrants met with an accident on the southern coast, causing significant casualties as reported by international media outlets.

The news highlights the ongoing search and rescue operations with a significant number of people still unaccounted for. Initially, there were around four hundred passengers on the bus. So far, more than one hundred people have been rescued, and the search operation is still ongoing for the remaining individuals.
The aforementioned boat was carrying refugees from Libya heading towards Italy.
