Dhangadhi : A 9-year-old boy has died in Kailali. Amar Vik, a 9-year-old from Ward No. 3 of Bardagoriya Rural Municipality, drowned in a river while playing in a pond. On Wednesday, he lost consciousness while playing in the nearby Kanda River with his friends, and he was pronounced dead during treatment at the Bardagoriya Hospital in Bouniya. The local police office in Bouniya has informed about the incident. The police are conducting further investigations in this regard.
