Kathmandu – In order to enhance the aviation security system of the country, the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) and the Civil Aviation Authority of France have reached an understanding with the objective of technical and human resource development.
Today, in the capital city of Paris, a four-year agreement has been signed between the regulatory bodies of aviation of both countries for technical and manpower development in aviation management. According to the agreement, the Director General of CAAN, Pradeep Adhikari, and Demin Kejale from France have signed the memorandum of understanding (MoU) on behalf of CAAN. The program will focus on enhancing technical capabilities, training, and improving the level of aviation security.
This agreement instills confidence in CAAN for the enhancement of aviation security in Nepal. The agreement also mentions cooperation in technical expertise and human resource development in the field of aviation security in Nepal.
