What is the price of vegetables and fruits today?

Kathmandu : The Kalimati Fruits and Vegetable Market Development Board has released today’s prices publicly. According to the public prices, large-sized cauliflower (Nepali) is being sold at NPR 37.50 per kilogram, Indian cauliflower at NPR 42.50 per kilogram, and tunnel cauliflower is being sold at NPR 12 per kilogram.

Similarly, red potatoes are priced at NPR 43.60 per kilogram, Indian red potatoes at NPR 35.50 per kilogram, round potatoes at NPR 37.33 per kilogram, and white potatoes at NPR 34.50 per kilogram. Additionally, dried onions are priced at NPR 48.20 per kilogram, local carrots at NPR 115 per kilogram, local radishes at NPR 12.40 per kilogram, local cabbage and beetroot at NPR 85 per kilogram, and local cauliflower at NPR 105 per kilogram.

Red radishes are priced at NPR 27.50 per kilogram, sponge gourd and pointed gourd at NPR 35 per kilogram, bitter gourd and ridge gourd at NPR 85 per kilogram, corn cob, local beans, and snake gourd at NPR 45 per kilogram, sponge gourd shoots at NPR 95 per kilogram, bottle gourd at NPR 78 per kilogram.

Similarly, mustard greens are priced at NPR 35 per kilogram, green amaranth at NPR 225 per kilogram, red amaranth at NPR 356 per kilogram, buckwheat and Gundruk at NPR 275 per kilogram, broccoli at NPR 95 per kilogram, celery and mint at NPR 135 per kilogram, mustard leaves at NPR 163.33 per kilogram, and cabbage is priced at NPR 425 per kilogram.

Under fruits, Dasahari apples are priced at NPR 85 per kilogram, Malda apples at NPR 76 per kilogram, Mausam apples at NPR 190 per kilogram, pomegranates at NPR 425 per kilogram, local oranges at NPR 90 per kilogram, tree tomatoes at NPR 35 per kilogram, local lychees at NPR 125 per kilogram, kiwi at NPR 750 per kilogram, and persimmons at NPR 650 per kilogram.
