Jhapa: a student lost his life in a tragic bus accident. According to the police, Kamal Thapa, a 5-year-old boy from Kamal Gaunpalika-3, was killed in the incident. The incident occurred on Thursday afternoon in Keradhap along the Kamal-3 campus road section, while the bus with registration number Ba 15 1518 was returning home from school. The bus hit the student Thapa, causing serious injuries. He was immediately taken to Damak Hospital for treatment, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries on the way. The boy Thapa was studying in Class 1 at the local Kanchanjunga Secondary School.
The police have taken control of the bus and the driver.
