World Cup Qualifiers: Nepal plays against the Netherlands today

Kathmandu : In the ICC World Cup Qualifiers 2023, the final game of the group stage is being played today between Nepal and the Netherlands. There is pressure on Nepal to win today’s match and advance to the Super Six.

The match will take place at the Harare Sports Club on Saturday at 1 PM. Nepal needs to win today’s match against the Netherlands to secure a spot in the Super Six after losing one game in the group stage. So far, Nepal and the Netherlands have played two matches against each other in the One Day International format, with each team winning one match.

In Group A of the World Cup Qualifiers, Nepal is joined by Zimbabwe, West Indies, the Netherlands, and the United States. The United States has been eliminated from the Super Six race after losing all three matches.

Zimbabwe and the West Indies have ensured their places in the Super Six. From Group A, Nepal and the Netherlands will compete for a spot in the Super Six.

In the first match, Nepal was defeated by Zimbabwe by 8 wickets, and in the second match, Nepal defeated the United States by 6 wickets. In a similar fashion, Nepal waited for the final match of the Super Six qualification after losing to the West Indies by 101 runs.

The Netherlands lost to Zimbabwe by 6 wickets in their first match, and in the second match, they defeated the United States by 5 wickets.
