Kathmandu : singer Prakash’s saput was attacked with a bottle. It happened during a program in Romania. The video of the incident, where he was attacked with a bottle, has gone viral on social media platform Twitter.
A user named Pushpak Thapa tweeted, ‘A bottle attack on popular singer Prakash Saput during a program in Romania, heartbreaking for us Nepalis . Artists are the pride of the nation, they deserve respect. If they can’t be honored, let’s not disrespect them either .
‘ In response, social worker Anandaram Poudel wrote, ‘Those who carried out the bottle attack are Maoists.'”
