Kathmandu: After the box office failure of ‘Adipurush’, South Indian actor Prabhas has high hopes for his upcoming film ‘Salaar’. On the same note, the production team publicly released the film’s teaser on Thursday. The teaser showcases high voltage action and powerful glimpses of Prabhas.
In the teaser, veteran actor Tinu Anand and actor Prithviraj Sukumaran also grab the audience’s attention. The film is set to release on October 11. The production team has named the first part of the film ‘Salaar: The Sizzle Part-1’. It is expected that another part of the film will be made in this regard. The film is directed by Prashanth Neel, who has directed successful action films like ‘KGF’. The teaser has generated increased enthusiasm among Prabhas’ fans. It has been viewed approximately one crore times within just four hours of its release. The teaser has received a highly positive response from the fans.
The teaser begins with a person (Tinu Anand) sitting in a car. Many people are seen holding rifles and other weapons around him. They are speaking in foreign languages. Then, Tinu says, “Simple English, no confusion. The lion, tiger, and elephant are very dangerous. But not in Jurassic Park. Because in that park…” Before finishing his sentence, Tinu’s voice is stopped. After that, the scene cuts, and Prabhas is seen holding a knife and a rifle, apparently attacking an enemy.
In addition to Prabhas, the teaser also features Prithviraj Sukumaran in the role of the antagonist. Financial analyst Manobal Vijayabal tweeted, “In the climax of KGF 2, the brother will attack the brother, and then the ship will sink in the sea. Now, the time for the release of Prabhas’ Salaar teaser has been set accordingly.” It is speculated that Prashanth Neel has some powerful plans to connect KGF and Salaar in this situation. After watching the Salaar teaser, fans have mentioned that it resembles his brother KGF.
Shruti Haasan and Jagapathi Babu also have significant roles in the film. The film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi languages. Prabhas and Prashanth Neel have collaborated for the first time in this film. Apart from SS Rajamouli’s directed films ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’ and ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’, there is no remarkable film in Prabhas’ career.
