Kathmandu : The poster of the Nepali animated feature film ‘Salina: The Warrior Princess’ has been publicly released. Based on the popular folklore of the warrior princess prevalent in society, this is Nepal’s first animated film.
Director Tejas Raj Joshi, who took six years to create the film, shared the information. The film’s release date has not been announced yet. According to Director Joshi, ‘Salina’ will be released in Nepali, Hindi, and English languages within this year.
The film, edited by Shiv Puri and Shruti Shrestha, features Sagun Maharjan, Avinash Singh Tharu, and Shirbha Manandhar as graphic artists. It also includes voice artists such as Kishma Rajkarnikar, Lajina Shrestha, Benisha Khatiwada, Aditi Jyawali, Ajme Kuikel, Jharna Rai, Tejas Raj Joshi, Sushil Nepal, Dev Nyapane, Yuvin Pujari, Juna Thapa, Kumar Nyapane, and others.
Tejas Raj Joshi and Shruti Shrestha are the producers of the film.
