kathmandu : The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has recently informed that the influence of the monsoon wind is prevailing in the country. The monsoon’s low-pressure line is situated to the south of Sardar Saharanpur station.
According to the department, there will be scattered to moderate rainfall in some places of Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces, along with occasional thunder and lightning.
The central and western parts of the country will experience normal changes in weather. The possibility of moderate rainfall with occasional thunder and lightning is predicted in some places of Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim provinces, as well as in a few areas of other regions.
Similarly, the likelihood of heavy rainfall, including occasional thunder and lightning, exists in some places of Koshi, Lumbini, and Sudurpashchim provinces.
Tonight, there will be general changes in weather across the country. Some places in the hilly regions and a few areas in other regions may experience scattered to moderate rainfall with occasional thunder and lightning.
There is also a possibility of heavy rainfall, including occasional thunder and lightning, in some places of Koshi, Lumbini, and Sudurpashchim provinces.
