Kathmandu: The film ‘Adrishya’ which is in preparation for release from the upcoming Friday, organized a press meet on Monday. The film’s producer and director Prahald Kafle, along with actors Pramod Agrahari, Ravi Giri, Rista Basnet, Pravin Khatiwada, and Prince Prasid Singh were present at the cinema’s journalist meet and greet program.
The film’s producer and director, Kafle, claims that ‘Adrishya’ is an exceptional movie. He mentions that from the cast to the technical team, no compromises have been made, and they have worked hard to create a quality film. Although the film was initially titled ‘A’, later it was changed to ‘Adrishya’, which fit the storyline better.
Actor Pramod Agrahari had already gained the audience’s trust through public posters, songs, and trailers of the film, even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, and expressed confidence that viewers will appreciate the film.
In Nepal, where suspense thriller stories are not frequently made into films, this kind of film can intrigue audiences. The film’s engaging story and enticing visuals can attract audiences, and the actors’ performances, including Pramod Agrahari, Rista Basnet, and Ravi Giri, have added to the excitement of its release on Friday.

The film, produced by Pitambar Films, features performances from actors such as Pramod Agrahari, Rista Basnet, Sohit Manandhar, Pravin Khatiwada, Chulthim Gurung, Ravi Giri, Siem Bhardwaj Suvadi, Vikesh Prajapati, Prins Prasid Singh Thapa, Geet Bisht, Suraj Bisht, Jashita Ghimire, Sandeep Babu Lohani, Rupesh Dahal, Sujan Bajracharya, Ajit Regmi, Rupesh Thapa, Abhiman Singh Basnet, and Pratik Bhujel, among others.
The screenplay by Rakesh Ranpal, story and dialogue by Akash Ukahada, cinematography by Uttam Humagai and Mohan Kumar Jhilu, music by Vishal Poudel, choreography by Shishir Khati, background score by Mukesh Shah, Nishan Ghimire’s color grading, and Banish Shah’s editing were instrumental in making the film. The film’s production managers are Prakash Budhathoki and Dilip Pant.
Min Basnet and Umarudra Kafle invested in the film directed by Pralhad Kafle. Rabin Adhikari and Rikesh Khatri are the co-producers. AAR Films will distribute the film.
