Prices of vegetables and fruits have increased

Kathmandu: The Kalimati Fruits and Vegetables Market Development Committee has made today’s price list public.

According to the information, the minimum price for Nepali cabbage is 160 rupees per kg, Tunnel cabbage is 75 rupees, local cauliflower is 40 rupees, local spinach is 50 rupees, red potato is 48 rupees, muday potato is 40 rupees, Indian potato is 35 rupees, Indian onion is dried at 54 rupees, bottle gourd is 50 rupees, green beans are 70 rupees, round beans are 25 rupees per kg.

Similarly, bitter gourd is 300 rupees, long beans are 100 rupees, local eggplant is 15 rupees, red radish is 50 rupees, white radish is 50 rupees, corn is 70 rupees, flat beans are 60 rupees, bitter melon is 30 rupees, broccoli is 90 rupees, spinach is 130 rupees, okra is 40 rupees, pumpkin is 60 rupees, cucumber is 70 rupees, red round beans are 70 rupees per kg, local green papaya is 40 rupees, Tamako is 90 rupees, aduwa is 250 rupees, as provided by the committee.

According to the committee, the price of Kurelo is 350 rupees per kg, bananas are 140 rupees per dozen, pomegranates are 300 rupees, pear is 70 rupees, avocado is 500 rupees, black grapes are 450 rupees, kiwi is 700 rupees, green chili is 250 rupees, silver carp is 305 rupees, catfish is 230 rupees, fresh carp (Mungari) is 280 rupees per kg.

Likewise, Malda apple is 200 rupees, lapsi is 60 rupees, green coriander is 150 rupees, green garlic is 120 rupees, dried chili is 450 rupees, Nepali garlic is 230 rupees, Chinese garlic is 260 rupees, cut green is 30 rupees, dried coriander is 220 rupees, sheep chili is 50 rupees per kg.
