Two people died from a bus accident In Dhunge Dhara of Kathmandu

Kathmandu: In Dhunge Dhara of Kathmandu, a motorcycle carrying two riders collided with a bus, resulting in the death of both individuals. Among them was a girl who was injured.

The bus with registration number Na 5 Kha 5092, en route to Kalanki from Balaju, collided head-on with a motorcycle with registration number Ba 5 Kha 5092 from the opposite direction. This incident occurred in Bagmati Pradesh, Ward No. 2, Chitlang, Bagmati Pradesh-02, Lalitpur. Two individuals riding on the motorcycle lost their lives in the collision.

The motorcycle rider, approximately 35-year-old Ramkumar Bharti from Sindupalchok, and the pillion rider, 32-year-old Anita Thapamagar from Sangachokgadhi-3, Sindhupalchok, succumbed to their injuries at the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, this morning at around 8:20 AM after receiving treatment.

The accident also involved 9-year-old Anisa Ghaithe, daughter of Anita. She is currently receiving treatment at Manmohan Memorial Hospital in Swoyambhu. The bus driver has been brought under police control at the Metropolitan Police Circle, Kathmandu.”
