Kathmandu: A plane crash has occurred in Russia, with 10 passengers on board including the head of the private military group Wagner Group, Yevgeny Prigozhin.
According to Russia’s Civil Aviation Agency, all passengers on the plane have died. The plane crashed near the village of Kuznetsovo in the Tabarinsky district about 300 kilometers north of the capital.
There were 10 passengers on the plane, including three members of the pilot team. Preliminary information suggests that all passengers on the plane have died, according to Russia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations.
It is not certain whether someone attacked the plane or if the crash occurred due to some other reason.
The Federal Air Transport Agency of Russia has published the names of the seven passengers, including Prigozhin and Wagner Group’s commander Dmitry Utkin.
