Gulmi : In Gulmi, 8 students have been injured due to a lighting. The principal of the school where this incident occurred, Mr. Motiprasad Sharma, informed that this happened on Monday afternoon at Kurgha Lower Secondary School in Musikot Municipality-6.
The students who were affected by the landslide on the school premises are Ishaa Gharti and Jhalaka Bik from class 6, Anuja Bik from class 8, and Sirjana Sharma, Sameeksha Thapa, Kalpana Bik, and Buddhimaya Nepali from class 7.
Among the injured, Ishaa, Jhalaka, Anuja, Anisha, and Sirjana are currently receiving treatment at the Mission Hospital in Kurgha. The other four have been treated at the local health post and have been sent home after receiving basic medical care.
