Kathmandu : The Kalimati Fruits and Vegetables Market Development Committee has made today’s price list public.
According to the list, Nepali cauliflower is priced at 40 Nepali Rupees, Indian cauliflower (large) at 40 Nepali Rupees, Indian cauliflower (small) at 35 Nepali Rupees, tunnel-grown cauliflower at 38 Nepali Rupees, local cauliflower (small) at 35 Nepali Rupees, Simi Ghee (local) at 70 Nepali Rupees, local kale at 80 Nepali Rupees, and red potatoes at 55 Nepali Rupees, while radish is priced at 50 Nepali Rupees.
Additionally, the prices include Dalle chilli at 280 Nepali Rupees, local tomatoes at 70 Nepali Rupees, cabbage at 120 Nepali Rupees, white radish at 90 Nepali Rupees, red radish at 90 Nepali Rupees, round zucchini at 70 Nepali Rupees, long zucchini at 50 Nepali Rupees, Tama Simi at 80 Nepali Rupees, bitter gourd at 80 Nepali Rupees, broccoli at 250 Nepali Rupees, pumpkin at 180 Nepali Rupees, and okra at 50 Nepali Rupees, among others.
According to the committee, prices for Kurilo are 400 Nepali Rupees, bananas (dozen) at 140 Nepali Rupees, pomegranates at 300 Nepali Rupees, pears at 70 Nepali Rupees, guavas at 200 Nepali Rupees, black grapes at 450 Nepali Rupees, green chillies (large) at 150 Nepali Rupees, fish (Rahu) at 350 Nepali Rupees, fish (Chadi) at 240 Nepali Rupees, fish (Mungari) at 270 Nepali Rupees, and so on.
Similarly, Lapsi is priced at 50 Nepali Rupees, green coriander at 150 Nepali Rupees, dried chillies at 450 Nepali Rupees, Nepali dried garlic at 260 Nepali Rupees, Chinese dried garlic at 230 Nepali Rupees, pumpkin at 60 Nepali Rupees, dried spinach at 250 Nepali Rupees, Indian dried onions at 70 Nepali Rupees, green garlic at 250 Nepali Rupees, mustard greens at 70 Nepali Rupees, Sharifa at 150 Nepali Rupees, Fuji apples at 320 Nepali Rupees, mangoes at 100 Nepali Rupees, seasonal fruits at 150 Nepali Rupees, junar at 320 Nepali Rupees, Amla at 120 Nepali Rupees, tofu at 110 Nepali Rupees, peanuts at 60 Nepali Rupees, tamas at 90 Nepali Rupees, beetroot at 80 Nepali Rupees, lemons at 60 Nepali Rupees, green chayote at 180 Nepali Rupees, and snake gourd at 60 Nepali Rupees, among others.
